GETTING MY SPICE DIABLO TO WORK

The hallmark of the sauce, and what would make fra diavolo distinctive from say a spaghetti sauce or another Italian tomato sauce, is always that fra diavolo sauce is fiery hot, thanks to the use of crimson chili flakes (and often new chilis, dependant upon the recipe). Don’t fret, this shrimp recipe is bearable, with barely enough of the kick. Y
